It is a varietal that is born in the lower area of Tupungato.It is made in open 3rd use barrels, with trampling or Pillage.Malolactic fermentation is then carried out in 1st and 2nd use Burgundy barrels, made especially for Pinot Noir, and it is aged in them for between 10 and 14 months.

With a somewhat muted violet-red color, it is a wine that displays all the charm of Gualtallary on the nose, with aromas of gunpowder, graphite, minerals, earth and dried fruit.Very soft on the palate, with good structure and volume, and a long, very silky finish.
