This nearly 5 year old bourbon, made from Bloody Butcher corn grown right at Whiskey Acres, is their newest Artisan Series release.

Nose:Red fruit and floral top notes give way to rich notes of orange peel, apple tart, cornbread and crme brle.

Palate:Soft and slightly oily, good balance of wood spices and warm pastry.

Finish:Light, medium length with toasted oak and gentle notes of green banana and caramel cream candies.
