Only fresh fruit is used for these “creme” liqueurs. Delicately infused in premium spirits, the juices are then gravity poured into a receiving tank, the remaining pulp is gently pressed for additional juices. They will then be sweetened in order to enhance aromas making sure to retain a perfect sweet and sour balance.
