Distilleria Varnelli has been producing spirits since 1868 on the slopes of the Sibillini Mountains in Italys Marche Region. Uniquely among Mediterranean aniseed drinks, Varnelli L’Anice Secco is dry, not sweet. The strong, persistent aromas of aniseed develop into a fragrance of wild fennel, dill and cumin, enriched with floral scents.
