Mnuka honey is New Zealands most famous honey – maybe even the world’s most famous. When we first experimented with it, we were blown away. Nothing is added – just Mnuka honey – and the complexity of flavours is unlike anything youve tried before.

Mnuka mead is deep, rich, and layered, with flavours that shift as you sip. The weight of it on the palate is reminiscent of port, but its more moreish, more nuanced. It carries the land it comes from in every drop – earthy, spicy, and sweet.

Tasting Notes: Vanilla, warm spices, subtle woodiness, and the unmistakable richness of mnuka honey.

Serving Suggestions:

• Enjoy slightly chilled on a hot day, or at room temperature to let the flavours unfold.

• Try it on the rocks like whisky to open up the mnuka richness

• Pairs beautifully with aged cheese, dark chocolate, or a fine cigar.
