This is an elegant wine, with the aromas of dried strawberry, red cherry and vanilla, along with flavours of cranberry, plum and leather. The tannins are supple, and the mouthfeel is soft. This single-vineyard wine comes from the Rubis Family Vineyard, on the Naramata Bench. This is a young vineyard that is gently sloping and west facing. It produces a bright, fruit-forward Pinot Noir that is very indicative of the Naramata Bench.
