A limited release from Walsh Distillery, The Irishman Founders Reserve Sherry Cask features a unique blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey which has been triple distilled and aged initially in American Oak Barrels prior to a finishing period of 12 months in an Oloroso Sherry butt.

Taste: Complex aromas of toasted oak and spice.

Nose: Some nutty, sherry notes supported by decadent notes of dark chocolate and succulent dried fruit.
