The Spring Street Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium to deep garnet-purple with lovely black cherry and blackberry notes and an undercurrent of red currant and Provence herbs, with touches of forest floor and cedar chest. Medium-bodied, firm and elegantly played with fine, grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, it finishes long and earthy.
