Starlight Carl T. Huber’s Toasted Series Double Oaked Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch signature bourbon named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. This bourbon undergoes a unique aging process that gives it its distinct toasted oak notes, enhanced vanilla flavor, and mellowed rye spice. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred oak barrels, the Carl T. Batch is then transferred into a toasted French oak barrel to age for an additional 4-8 months. The result is a smooth and complex bourbon that is perfect for sipping.
