Nigori Silky Mild exudes fruity aromas and flavors of ripe banana, vanilla, melon, strawberry and creamy sweet rice custard. Its milky white appearance gives a glimpse of the full and smooth palate characteristic of the nigori type of sake. It is coarsely strained and is one of the sweetest types of sake. It is particularly delicious with fatty or spicy foods. The bottle must be shaken each time before pouring due to the high rice content that settles at the bottom of the bottle.
