Straw-yellow hue with bright and subtle golden-light flashes; it is crystalline and of excellent consistency. The first nose is intensely fruity and floral, with a wide opening of exotic fruit, citrus fruits, and white flowers.Immediate notes of green apple, pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit, with pleasant notes of elderflower; then the wine “opens” to vegetal hints of mint, sage and geranium leaves. Finally, the pleasant mineral notes of flint and sand washed by the sea.

In the mouth the attack is rich and pleasantly balanced on fresh and delicately brackish perceptions, with a soft and warm base: the excellent structure accompanies and retains the taste-olfactory notes in a long persistence with a prolonged, still fresh and intensely fruity finish.
