A higher-strength variation on the Scapegrace Ginrecipe, made in New Zealand using 13 botanicals, with some tangerine peels added to the mix for this one.

Nose:Rounded and nutty – the mixture of nutmeg spiciness and clove earthiness give it an almost coffee-esque feel. Fresh orange is in the mix too.

Palate:Cassia and orris take centre stage, joined by lime, juniper and fennel in support. A core of spicy coriander.

Finish:Orris once again and angelica last for a floral finish.
