San Zanj is a blend of double-distilled Clarin and Agricole from a variety of select Haitian producers. This spirit is distilled the way it has been for hundreds of years, on a Creole Column still. The still is heated with a fire from wood and spent sugar cane husks. This white rum imparts the fruit forward flavors of the island and the history of tradition.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Full bodied with green fruit, melons and sugar notes

Mouth: Dry but fruity, with floral and spicy notes

Finish: Long and balanced finish
