The NV Rserve Perptuelle is a delightful introduction to this range. Low dosage of 3 grams per liter is a good foil to the complexity of a blend of vintages that goes back to 2006. Light notes of apricot, chamomile, dried flowers, lemon peel and almond all grace this understated, layered Champagne from Moncuit. All the elements are nicely put together. Drinking Window: 2022-2028
