The 2024 release of Isle of Raasay cask strength whisky takes their peated and unpeated spirts and matures them separately before marrying them together in a mixture of first-fill rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 61.3%.
