The famed York Creek Vineyard, nestled at 1,700 feet in the Spring Mountain AVA, is the source of this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.The 2012 vintage produced very small berries yielding juice with intense colour and flavour. The soils are primarily sedimentary with good drainage, producing blackberry and black currant fruit flavours. Great depths of black fruit flavours are integrated with sweet spice notes from French oak barrels.
