Golden straw in colour, there is no caramel added. The nose offers banana, citrus, peach, pear and vanilla, with notes of coriander and soft spice. On the palate is lemon curd, citrus, caramel, tropical fruit and a hint of sweet maltiness. The rum finishes dry and the added proof provides a long, balanced finish.
