80% Grenache, 20% Mourvdre grown on calcareous sandstone gravel/ clay terraces, hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks cooled to 25C to preserve varietal aromas as much as possible, gentle pumping over. Two thirds aged in concrete tanks for 12 months and one third in 600L demi muid.

A deep and bright purple colour, black cherry and blackberry aromas, rich and fresh on the palate with smoky notes, elegant tannins with a good, long finish and a touch of minerality.
