This rich and delicious cider is made from ablend of Kingston Black and Chisel Jersey heritage cider apples grown in our orchard and harvested in 2023.

After pressing the apples, the Kingston Black and Chisel Jersey juice was co-fermented by wild yeasts and barrel-aged for 15 months creating richness, structure and depth of flavour.

Off-dry in style with complex apple flavour development and earthy undertones makes this cider a standout choice for cider drinkers seeking depth, complexity, and a truly authentic experience.
