The Pajaru Meridionale is a blend of Primitivo, Montepulciano and Nerello Mascalese – the iconic varieties of Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily, three regions of southern Italy blessed with sun and beauty.
With a deep red color and thick tears on the glass, it captures with hints of black currant, chocolate and cocoa, which we find in the mouth enriched with a peppery finish. Excellent with aged cheeses, game and red meats.
