We first brewed The Lash last year for SOBAs Winter Ale Festival. The Lash takes inspiration from the strong stouts brewed by Guinness,Foreign Extra and Special Export.
We have combined NZ Mild, Brown malt and Roast Barley with some herbal NZ hops and our English ale yeast to create a strong, dry, creamy stout.
