The characteristic taste of Noilly Prat is attributable to the blend of white wines, fruit essences, herbs and spices. When combined with oak ageing, the result is a truly excellent dry vermouth.After ageing the fruit essences, including raspberry and lemon, are incorporated, before twenty different herbs and spices are added.
