The Montes Sparkling Angel, crafted in the traditional method of Champagne,is rested on the lees for 36 months before final bottling . Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown just seven kilometres from the Pacific coast it is rich and sumptuous. Flavours suggest biscuity brioche, berry tart, and orchard fruit.
