The Levantine Gin begins with our double-distilled new make made in our distillery from start to finish. It contains eight different local botanicals that we hand-pick at the nearby spice market. The Levantine Gin is a smooth, herbaceous spirit with subtle malty notes that its inspired by Tel-Aviv’s rich gastronomic culture.
