The classical Maipo 2020 Cordillera Cabernet Sauvignon is soft and ripe, reflecting the warmer and very dry year, less minty and herbal. It has a mellow palate with a medium body, 13.5% alcohol and fine-grained tannins. It matured in a combination of barrels and foudres.
