A working sugar estate since 1720, the ClarkeFamily acquired the Estate in 1918 and it hasremained privately owned and managed since;the new distillery being completed in 2005.At Worthy Park the rum is all produced frommolasses and double distilled in a Forsythscopper pot still.The company produces light and heavy rumsusing the estates proprietary yeast strains forfermentation.
