It is gentle with a warm and delicate sapidity brought about by the seawater and the caper distillate. The juniper, distilled in a traditional alembic, comes from the Balkan forests of the Albanian territory where it grows particularly resinous, giving MENEGIKS GIN accentuated balsamic notes.

On the nose, there are fresh notes of green citrus and peppermint, on the palate the sapidity prevails which enhances the balsamic flavors leading toward a fresh finish of delicate and savory mint.

The seawater used comes from the coasts of the Adriatic Sea, microbiologically pure because it has undergone an accurate purification process; rich in precious minerals and trace elements, it is suitable for human consumption.

It is best expressed in a Martini Cocktail served with a caper fruit. In a classic gin and tonic, its freshness is best enhanced, and the notes of green citrus and peppermint are amplified. Serve with a dry tonic, lemon zest, and a mint leaf. Also worth trying straight served cold.
