Marcel Deiss 1er Cru Jeu des Verts 2021 is a French Alsace White wine blend made from Gewrztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Riesling grapes. The wine is made from a 1.5-hectare vineyard in Bergheim, Gruenspiel, France, that was planted between 1982 and 2002. The vineyard is located in a south-facing amphitheater that overlooks Ribeauvill, and the wine is made using organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter) methods. The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for three weeks, then aged in old foudre for 12 months. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and does not contain added SO2
