Tasting notes and my impressions:
Quintessential Languedoc red blend, the 3 grapes work in harmony to complete the picture of a wine that is greater together as the whole which is greater than the sum of its parts. Aged in concrete and stainless steel for 2 years as grenache to not impart on the nature of the cinsault and grenache that thrive in concrete vessels. Fruit, spice, summer cherries, classic garrigue notes with violet and wildflowers that rise easy from the glass and soar onto the palate with length, and an elegantly dense full-bodied impression. Excellent!
