The Blaufrnkisch Eisenberg was fermented in steel and matured in used 500 liter barrels.Slightly smoky nose with preserved sour cherries, some blackberries, beetroot, a hint of thyme balm and pencil on the refreshing side.A juicy and strong texture on the palate, plus a mellow tannin with invigorating acidity, more blackberries, smoky with some graphite in the background, yet delicate and elegant.A great Blaufranker with the typical flavor of the Eisenberg!
