Hand-harvested and matured in oak barrels for a minimum of six months, this estate Chardonnay displays a soft golden colour. On the nose the dominant notes are of pear, oak, grapefruit and white flower. This full-bodied wine has a pleasant tinge of citrus fruits with a pleasant acidity on the finish.

The wine is a perfect match with hard cheeses, pats, fish and poultry. To enjoy the full aroma and flavour of this wine it is recommended it be served at a temperature of 10 – 12 C.
