Bottled to celebrate the distillery’s 20th anniversary, this is a layered, maritime dram where sweet sherry fruit and peppery spice meet a salty, savoury peat profile. Nose: Sweet spices and dried fruit think clove, cinnamon, and sultanas with a waft of sea spray and briny peat.

Palate: Rich and full dark fruits, cracked black pepper, and salted liquorice, with a gentle smoke that ties it all together.

Finish: Salted dark chocolate, fruitcake, and smouldering oak.
