IZARRA was founded in 1906 in the Basque Country in Hendaye by pharmacist Joseph Grattau. Izarra means ‘star’ in Basque.This is a truly unique alternative to Green Chartreuse, made with honey sourced from local beekeeper Jacques Salles.
