Ironroot is a family-owned whiskey distillery that takes pride in using French Brandy techniques and local, heirloom corn to produce unique and distinct whiskeys from scratch. The distillery’s philosophy is heavily influenced by the history of Denison, Texas, where T.V. Munson saved the French wine industry from phylloxera using Texas’ “Iron” grape roots, forever linking Cognac and Denison.
