This Sauvignon comes mostly from vineyards in seven villages, with the three famous Sancerre Terroirs : Chalk, flint, Caillotes. Sauvignon grapes are harvested partly by machine and partly by hand. The pressing is only in pneumatic presses. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature in order to keep all the fine aromas of Sauvignon.

A perfect expression of an ideal Sancerre, the Hubert Brochard Sancerre is pale yellow and very aromatic with white flowers plus citrus fruits with exotic notes. Smooth, fruity and elegant, with a supple palate.
