A very nice Chenin, with stone fruit and honey tones that isfermented traditionally,like allother Guy Saget signature wines. The decision to forego oak ageing stems from a desire to fully reveal the potential of Loire wines.This well-made wine will be superb with vegetarian dishes, or chicken baked with carrots.

Appearance: Pale gold in colour.

Nose:Notes of light white florals, Meyer lemon zest and stone fruit.

Palate:Bright, honeyed stone-fruit, citrus and fine herb flavours with a long and balanced finish.
