Pouring a transparent but slightly deeper red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Temperance Hill Vineyard is also a very expressive wine on opening, with notes of pine needles, cedar spice, black raspberries, ripe fresh cherries, and juniper. Its elegant all the way through on the palate, with an approachable feel. Its going to take time to flesh out, but please do give it time, because this wine will have a lot to offer. Its deceivingly approachable right now but is going to really benefit from a little patience. It certainly has structure. Drink 2026-2040.

Soils are predominantly volcanic, with a variety of aspects and slopes that center around two peaks, reaching to 860ft in elevation.
