The Italian/Canadian Giusti family decided to revitalize property around their old Italian village, in the region of Valdobiaddene and now is making some world-class wines. This sparkling wine is made from the Glera grape using the Charmat fermentation method. This technique produces clean, fresh styles of sparkling wines with notes of citrus, stone fruit and inherent drinkability.
