Fuyu means ‘Winter’ in Japanese. Our handcrafted blended whisky comes from 3 distilleries around Kyoto & is distilled from malted grain and mash corn on Honshu island before resting in American white oak barrels.

Fuyu Small Batch is a powerful and generous blend, a true expression of the Japanese cellar masters’ blending knowhow. Its rich flavors make it ideal for cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. 80% grain (corn) & 20% malt.
