Made from 100% Yamada Nishiki known asthe King of Sake Rice.It has the highest grading for sake rice. Great with foods and a perfect sipping sake.

Junmai means ‘pure rice’ and distinguishes this sake as being brewed using only rice, water, yeast and koji. Nothing else, such as sugar or alcohol is added during the brewing process.
