Domaine Les Monts Fournois’ 2015 Montagne Verzy Grand Cru delivers rich fruits of green apple, golden kiwi, apricot, quince that mingles with the toasty yeasty characters. Vigorous fine mousse, abundant stoney minerals with just a bit of honey, grilled nuts and dairy notes. Bottled in March 2016, aged meticulously to enhance depth and complexity and disgorged in December 2022.
