Fontodi 2021 Chianti Classico is produced from organically-grown Sangiovese wine grapes. This dry and cherry-red coloured wine showcases a complex nose releasing woody, empyreumatic, spicy and fruity scents. Fruity, medium-bodied and fresh with strawberry, cherry and citrus zest flavours on the palate, it finishes with a dusting of cacao on the palate with textured tannins. Nicely balanced with fresh acidity for food, enjoy it with a Tuscan ragu.
