Appearance: Straw yellow in colour.

Nose: Golden delicious apple, pear, pineapple, honey, graham cracker, biscotti, almond and vanilla.

Tightly coiled aromas of crushed limestone, grapefruit rind and lemon pith make for an appealing nose in this countywide blend. The palate shows plenty of chalky grip in line with those aromas, and the flavours soften just a bit toward Meyer lemon peel and sea salt.
