China-China Amer is an incomparably rich and complexbittersweet liqueur studded with floral infusions, produced by the Bigallet distillery following to the original recipe since 1875.

Bigallet’s patented process of distilling fresh orange peel macerations results in the rich orange scent and flavor found in China-China. The earthy and bitter gentian, acidic chinchona bark, silky anise, spicy clove.

And a handful of other secret Alpine herbs and spices are mixed into this strong orange distillate. The dark, orange glow of China-China is created when the flavors are mixed with rich caramel to temper the natural bitterness.
