To make the atypical pairing of the powers of hops and sour combine for good, we had to call on our own powers as technically proficient brewers. We specifically selected heaps of hops that were heavy on juicy fruit flavours and light on anything too biting. The result is something citrusy enough to call Florida home but doesnt contain anything that grew in a grove. In short: its no pulp, all fiction. Hows that for brewing acrobatics?
