Tasting notes:
High intensity, clean and bright dark cherry red with light amber tones.

An intense deep clean nose, with dark mature fruits, plum, blackberries and currants, intertwined with leather, toast, pipe tobacco and cinnamon.

On the palate, ripe black jammy fruit, blackcurrants, plums, dark chocolate, black pepper and balsamic hints which create a long lingering deep complex finish.

We recommend decanting 30 minutes before drinking.

Vineyards:our vineyards from San Juan del Monte and Guma with more than 60 years old.

Maceration:cold maceration for 7 days at 8C.

Alcoholic Fermentation:for 10 days at 25C.

Malolactic Fermentation:In new American/French oak barrels.

Ageing:18 months in American and French oak barrel. Barrels of 225 and 300 litres, medium toasted (95%) and fully toasted (5%)
