Fine sparkling white wine made from Glera grapes grown in the area of Cartizze, a tiny plot of land of about 110 hectares, nestled in the Valdobbiadene hills.

The morphological characteristics of this hilly zone, the unique microclimate and the exposure to sunlight give to the wine a rare and elegant structure. Its noble and harmonious sophistication results from the careful attention paid during the fermentation with the Charmat method.

Perfect for special occasions, it is a great dessert wine, or pairing with shellfish and mild spicy Asian dishes.
