Located in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, the heart of sherry production, Bodegas Williams & Humbert uses the traditional solera method for aging, blending younger spirits with more mature ones over time. Dos Maderas Seleccin is a masterful blend of Caribbean rums from Guyana and Barbados, aged in old bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks in Jerez.
