Appearance:
Pale lemon with greenish reflections, shimmering with youthful vitality.

Nose:
The bouquet is restrained yet evocative, with notes of lime zest, green apple, and white peach, lifted by hints of crushed oyster shell, wet stone, and a delicate floral edgethink acacia or chamomile.

Palate:
Bone dry, laser-focused, and intensely mineral. The palate showcases citrus fruit, pear skin, and a gentle hint of anise, all wrapped in a taut, linear frame. The texture is subtly silky, a nod to the lees aging, while brisk acidity and a saline snap provide lift and precision.

Finish:
