The vineyard sits on 0.40 hectares around the village of Corgoloin on the east side of D974. Harvest is done manually with 12-48 hours of settling. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature for 3 months, then aged in used barrels.
Didier has about 1.2 hectares total of white grapes, both Aligot and Chardonnay. The white wines are fermented with minimal intervention, and the Bourgogne Blanc as well as the Cote de Nuits-Villages Blanc see about 20% new oak.
